Berkala Arkeologi Volume 27 No. 1 / May 2007 featured eight articles. These writings contain information about cultural and human history based on the development of existing data studies. This edition also presents an overview of archaeological resource management involving the community. The writings in this edition provide an overview of the breadth of archaeological studies and the opening of new interpretations of past cultural history. Apart from that, these writings also provide examples in the management of archaeological resources. Hopefully these writings can be useful for the development of science, especially archaeology and other management for the benefit of the wider community and development. Suggestions and criticisms from readers are still considered for the progress of this media.
